Solano, Sonoma & Napa Counties EGN Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide quality in-home nursing care. Experience with G-tube medication administration and enteral feeding is required.Responsibilities:
Administer medications and enteral feedings via G-tube Monitor clients and assess G-tube sites Maintain accurate documentation and medication records Educate caregivers on proper G-tube care Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality patient careQualifications:
Active California LVN License G-tube experience required Current CPR/First Aid certification Excellent communication and documentation skills Home care experience is a plusSchedule:
