Licensed Vocational Nurse / LVN in Rural California! Position Overview Join our team as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at our Skilled Nursing Facility. In this role, you will provide technical nursing care to Residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) and may also serve as a charge nurse.

Compensation Package Compensation details:

Salary scale with 30 pay increments reflecting 30 years of relevant experience.

Compensation range:

$29.16 - $41.57 per hour

Sign-on Bonus:

$5,000.00 Job Status and Shift Information Full-Time position with comprehensive benefits 3, 12-hour shifts

Qualifications Requirements:

Minimum of one (1) year experience as an LVN Hold a current California LVN license Completion of an accredited LVN program with an associate's degree or equivalent

Current CPR Certification Key Skills:

Strong clinical judgment and prioritization skills Effective written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in computer usage Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise shift duties Participate in resident care planning and evaluation Administer prescribed medications and treatments Maintain accurate narcotic records Review medication orders and documentation
