Nights Join Our Team and Make a Difference! We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Skilled Nursing team in Quincy, California . In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), helping ensure their comfort, safety, and overall well-being. $29.16 - $41.57 per hour
Sign-On Bonus:
$5,000 Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to take on Charge Nurse responsibilities Rewarding work serving residents in a Skilled Nursing setting Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and resident care plans. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes to the RN and healthcare team. Assist in developing and updating individualized care plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve positive resident outcomes. Serve as Charge Nurse when assigned.
Qualifications Required:
Current California LVN License Current CPR Certification Minimum one (1) year of LVN experience Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Basic computer proficiency Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
