Missed Visits:

2 hours paid at the nurse's regular hourly rate

Training & Orientation:

2 hours paid at the nurse's regular hourly rate Requirements Active California LVN License in good standing Open to fresh graduates Ability to travel to patient homes within the assigned coverage area Experienced in G-tube care, feeding, and management (Rialto only) Experienced in BiPAP management and monitoring (Glendora only)

Position Overview Royal Health Homecare is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide continuous care services to patients in their homes. The LVN will work closely with the healthcare team to support patient care plans, monitor patient conditions, and deliver quality nursing care in accordance with home health standards. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes to the supervising RN or physician Assist with treatments, medication administration, and wound care as directed Accurately document patient care and progress Educate patients and families on health management and basic care needs Maintain compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations
