Job Description
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring a LVNs for a contract opportunity in Redondo Beach, CA. This is an on-site contract opportunity with a Monday-Friday schedule and occasional Saturdays for special projects. In-person Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and support daily clinical operations. Obtain and document vital signs, height, weight, and initial patient history. Administer prescribed oral medications, injections, immunizations, and IV hydration. Assist providers with physical examinations, minor procedures, and diagnostic testing. Collect blood specimens through venipuncture or finger sticks and collect urine specimens for laboratory analysis. Maintain POCT quality improvement and control logs. Clean wounds, apply and remove dressings, and remove sutures as directed. Accurately document and update patient information in the electronic medical record. Coordinate post-hospital discharge visits and support care coordination activities. Assist Medical Assistant staff with daily clinical activities and patient flow. Answer phone calls, relay messages, and communicate effectively with patients and the healthcare team.Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an ambulatory care or primary care setting. Medical Assistant experience with strong clinical and patient care skills. Current CPR certification required. Strong clinical documentation and electronic medical record skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
