Responsibilities of LVN:

Ensures quality and safe delivery of home health care services Following treatment plan laid out by RN Collaborates with physicians, other agency staff and contract services to coordinate and implement the Plan of Care Trains new clinicians by allowing clinicians to shadow patient visits Promotes education for clients, client families, and the community Completes all required documentation in accordance with the standards of the agency, and regulatory requirements Able to cover visits in Ridgecrest and nearby cities Benefits Weekly pay or Next day pay - you get to choose Way to earn more with bonus programs - Referral Bonus Guranteed competitive rates.
