No Job Description We're looking for Licensed Vocational Nurses who are excited to support the mission and goals of Ridgecrest Regional Hospital while providing quality, patient-centered care in Urgent Care. In this role, you'll help ensure an efficient and effective flow of patients during scheduled clinics through joint planning and problem-solving with clinic, office, contract, and volunteer staff. As an LVN in a team-based, patient-centered Urgent Care setting, you'll serve insured and uninsured children and/or adults, with special emphasis on caring for individuals who experience barriers to accessing care due to income, language, cultural, or social factors. You'll incorporate RRH's core values of quality, respect, integrity, partnership, and compassion into your work while providing excellent customer service to patients, families, team members, volunteers, students, visitors, and vendors. This position may also be asked to work in other departments as needed. Key Responsibilities Support the mission and goals of RRH, organizational quality, and patient-centered care. Comply with organizational policies, procedures, standards of care, and applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA regulations. Help ensure efficient and effective patient flow during scheduled clinics through joint planning and problem-solving with clinic, office, contract, and volunteer staff. Function as an LVN within a team-based, patient-centered Urgent Care setting serving insured and uninsured children and/or adults. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Protect the dignity, privacy, and confidentiality of patients and their families, as well as coworkers and others. Work in other departments as needed.
