Anchor Health is seeking an After-Hours Hospice LVN/ RN to provide skilled, on-call nursing care outside of standard business hours. Position Overview The After-Hours Hospice LVN/RN provides professional nursing care to hospice patients during evenings, nights, and weekends. This role ensures continuity of care, symptom management, and emotional support for patients and families after 5:00 PM. The nurse works independently while maintaining close communication with the interdisciplinary team, physicians, and leadership to support individualized plans of care.
