$39.00 - $40.00 per hour Join Our Team Pacific Coast Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our clinical team on a Part-Time / On-Call basis. Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures safely and accurately. Monitor residents' conditions and promptly communicate significant changes to the healthcare team. Complete accurate and timely documentation of resident care and clinical observations. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to promote positive resident outcomes. Ensure resident comfort, dignity, safety, and well-being at all times. Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and state and federal regulations. Qualifications Current and active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license. Minimum of 2 years of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred. Current BLS/CPR certification preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
