We are currently seeking a motivated and visionary Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team and help expand our Vocational Nursing Program. This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse educator who is passionate about teaching, mentorship, and student success. Responsibilities Work closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) to lead and grow the Vocational Nursing Program Teach both theory and clinical components of the program Ensure program compliance with BVNPT and accreditation standards Participate in curriculum development, review, and improvement Oversee faculty scheduling, support, and evaluation Manage the operations of program facilities and skills labs Coordinate and maintain partnerships with clinical training sites Provide leadership and mentorship to faculty, promoting a collaborative and student-focused environment

Qualifications Education:

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution (required) Coursework in nursing, education, or administration (preferred)

Licensure:

Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in California (required)

Experience:
