9666084-92410 Job Description Step into a rewarding contract opportunity near San Bernardino, CA, supporting students health and well-being in an elementary school setting. Multiple positions are available for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) with school nursing experience or a keen interest in working in educational environments. A full-time opening involves providing 1:1 care to a student with ventilator and tracheostomy needs, including accompanying them on the school bus and delivering healthcare support throughout the school day. This role is ideal for professionals comfortable with complex pediatric care routines. Additionally, there are two part-time positions, focused on pre-kindergarten students requiring daily trach care and health support. These roles run from 8 AM to 2 PM, Monday through Friday (potentially ending earlier depending on transportation needs). After students depart around noon, youll assist the health services team, broadening your involvement and impact.

Key Qualifications:

Active LPN/LVN license in California Previous experience in school, pediatric, or special needs settings strongly preferred Demonstrated proficiency with trach and ventilator care (especially for full-time 1:1 position) Compassion, patience, and adaptability to meet young students medical and emotional needs Ability to ride the school bus as needed and provide one-on-one support

Primary Responsibilities:
