We are currently expanding our network of Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) for upcoming per diem assignments at our partner facilities. Position Summary We are seeking dependable and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care in skilled nursing facilities. This position offers the flexibility to accept assignments that fit your schedule while becoming part of a growing team that values professionalism, communication, and clinical excellence. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies Administer medications and treatments within the LVN scope of practice Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the supervising Registered Nurse or physician Accurately document assessments, treatments, and resident care Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident outcomes Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory guidelines Provide compassionate, respectful care to residents and their families Qualifications Active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license Current BLS/CPR certification Minimum one year of nursing experience preferred Skilled nursing facility or long-term care experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to complete credentialing requirements prior to accepting assignments Why Join Our Team?
