  • We are seeking a Point of Care Lab Technician to join a growing mobile laboratory team in San Leandro, CA . This role involves performing waived laboratory testing, specimen processing, quality control, and supporting patient care in a fast-paced mobile lab environment. Candidates must be licensed as an LVN, MLT, or CLS in California. Responsibilities
  • Perform waived laboratory testing, including Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Molecular, and Coagulation.
Collect blood specimens through venipuncture and capillary draws when needed. Process specimens, enter patient information, and document test results accurately. Perform quality control, equipment maintenance, and troubleshoot instrumentation issues. Monitor STAT testing turnaround times and communicate with the laboratory team. Operate the mobile lab van as required and maintain compliance with safety protocols. Requirements
  • Active California LVN, MLT, or CLS License (Required) Phlebotomist-only candidates are not eligible Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Knowledge of laboratory workflows and specimen handling Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
