Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, FSA, Life & AD&D, Disability, EAP, and additional voluntary benefits Responsibilities Perform waived laboratory testing in a remote or mobile setting under the supervision of the Laboratory Manager Receive and process specimens from phlebotomists and couriers Enter patient demographics and test orders into the laboratory information system Perform point-of-care testing, which may include Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Molecular, and Coagulation testing Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection as needed Perform and document quality control checks before testing and reporting results Confirm abnormal and unusual test results before releasing them Process specimens and maintain accurate requisition records Monitor STAT testing to ensure turnaround-time goals are met Maintain adequate laboratory supply inventory Troubleshoot client, instrument, and computer issues as needed Perform routine maintenance on laboratory instrumentation Maintain QC records and documentation Follow all laboratory, safety, and infection-control protocols Requirements Active California LVN/LPN license

• Required Must qualify as testing personnel for waived testing under California requirements Valid California driver's license with a good driving record
• Required High school diploma or equivalent
• Required Familiarity with laboratory processes and workflow
• Required Previous phlebotomy and laboratory testing experience
