Administer medications and treatments accurately. Monitor resident conditions and document changes clearly. Coordinate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary teams. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on shift. Qualifications Active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license. Current BLS/CPR certification. Previous experience in post-acute or long-term care preferred. Strong communication and critical thinking skills. Reliable team player with a passion for resident care.
