09/03/2026 Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner with an interest in working in a dynamic pain management practice in Santa Rosa, CA. You will aim to serve the community by providing quality patient care as part of our team.
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with supervising physician on providing effective medical treatment and case management Prescribe necessary medications and therapies Electronic charting with timely completion of documentation of patient encounters Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and facilities Provide interventional procedures within the clinical setting Comply with federal and state, legal and professional requirements to maintain licensure
Qualifications:
Previous experience in pain management preferred Compassionate care and professional demeanor Capability to build rapport with patients Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong leadership qualities
