09/18/2026 Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our patient care team. This role is integral to ensuring high-quality support for both our in-office and off-site services. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and compassionate, with strong interpersonal and patient care skills.

Position Details Schedule:

Monday through Friday availability required. Schedule may vary (3-5 days per week depending on clinic needs and nurse availability).

Flexibility:

Occasional off-site work required, including administering B12 injections.

Reports To:

Physicians and clinic leadership team. Duties & Responsibilities Provide basic medical and nursing care, including vitals and patient comfort. Prepare treatment rooms, test kits, and labs; assist with lab sample collection and processing. Administer injections to patients (including B12 and other therapies, in-office and off-site). Complete and maintain patient documentation accurately. Communicate effectively with physicians and staff to support patient care plans. Record patient progress and health changes, and communicate with family members as needed. Requirements & Qualifications Current LVN license (California). IV certification required. Board-approved degree or certificate in Nursing, Health Sciences, or related field. Prior clinical experience preferred. Strong patient care and communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish/English strongly preferred. Must be reliable, organized, proactive, and compassionate.
