We're building a small, high-touch team from the ground up and looking for a Medical Assistant or LVN to be a core part of it. What you'll do Room patients and prepare them for consults and in-office procedures Take vitals, update charts, and assist with patient intake and history Prep and break down treatment rooms between visits Support the surgeon and office manager with day-to-day clinical flow Assist with patient education and post-procedure instructions

For LVNs:

opportunity to grow into administering injectables (Botox/filler) under physician supervision as the practice scales Help keep the office running smoothly — this is a small team where everyone pitches in What we're looking for Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) or active, unencumbered California LVN license Bilingual Spanish preferred Comfortable in a fast-paced, patient-facing aesthetic practice environment Detail-oriented, professional, and warm with patients Experience with EMR systems a plus Prior experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or medspa settings a plus LVN candidates: experience with injections, IV therapy, or aesthetic procedures a strong plus What we offer Ground-floor opportunity with a new practice — help shape how things run Direct mentorship from the surgeon Growth potential as the practice scales, including a path toward expanded clinical responsibilities for LVNs Compensation based on licensure and experience
