Succeed:

Active LVN or LPN license in California Previous experience as a school nurse or in a pediatric/educational setting preferred Proven expertise in diabetic management, including blood glucose monitoring and insulin administration Solid understanding of individualized healthcare plans for students Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with educators, families, and care teams Compassion, adaptability, and professionalism in sensitive situations

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver attentive, 1:1 nursing care to a student during school hours Oversee daily diabetic management, including medication administration and monitoring Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to promote the students health and well-being Maintain accurate health records and update care documentation as needed Respond quickly and effectively to medical emergencies or urgent care situations Educate school staff as necessary regarding health concerns and protocols Experience an array of professional perksincluding competitive weekly pay, comprehensive insurance covering medical, dental, vision, and life, as well as a matching 401k and flexible spending account.
