About Us Our Mission:
Willow Glen Care Center is a Clients First organization that promotes self-awareness and acceptance in personal wellness and recovery. We work within the county mental health continuum of care to provide coordinated residential care and specialized programs in a safe and supportive environment for adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Willow Glen Care Center is committed to providing resources that support community re-entry by promoting personal responsibility, independence, and courage—while preserving respect, human dignity, and hope. We operate multiple locations throughout Northern California, serving various behavioral health needs for adults and older adults. Our programs coordinate care with county mental health agencies for referrals, treatment, discharge planning, and placement. Our Mental Health Rehabilitation Centers provide structured supervision and rehabilitative support to adults who are unable to maintain placement at lower levels of care. Through a client-driven, clinician-supervised model, we help individuals practice and develop the skills needed to reduce inpatient hospital utilization and achieve greater independence. We are currently seeking dedicated Full-Time NOC (Overnight) Nurses to join our team at Sequoia Psychiatric Treatment Center in Yuba City .
