Key Qualifications:

Valid Special Education teaching credential required Proven experience or training in Special Education strategies and instructional techniques Ability to foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Flexible approach to adapting lesson plans and instruction to meet diverse student needs Commitment to ongoing professional growth and collaboration

Primary Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver effective instruction to students with varying abilities in a Special Education setting Continuously assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Collaborate with general education staff, families, and other support professionals Maintain required records, including student progress and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Support positive behaviors and implement classroom management techniques Participate in school meetings, parent conferences, and professional development opportunities

Position Details:
