We provide skilled nursing visits in patients' homes throughout Aurora, Denver, Parker, and Castle Rock, with the goal of helping our clients remain safe, healthy, and independent at home. Position Details Recurring weekly schedule — NOT PRN Minimum of 3 days per week Available days: 7 days a week Morning visit hours: 7:00 AM

• 11:00 AM $40 per visit Mileage paid between scheduled patient visits Consistent patients and recurring weekly visits Flexible scheduling with the ability to build a consistent part-time caseload Report directly to Emily, DON, who has 11 years of nursing experience Primary Visit Types Medication administration Insulin administration Blood glucose monitoring Wound care Catheter care Patient assessments and monitoring Care coordination as needed Accurate and timely clinical documentation Qualifications Current Colorado LPN license in good standing Nursing experience required Home health experience preferred BLS certification Reliable transportation Comfortable working independently in patients' homes Strong clinical and communication skills Reliable and dependable About Miramar Healthcare Miramar Healthcare provides skilled nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.
