Job Summary:
We are looking for a PRN Nurse (LPN) to join our passionate, dedicated, and positive care team serving the Denver Metro Area. In this role, you will provide exceptional in-home care services, promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life for our clients. As a PRN nurse, you will have flexibility in your schedule, enabling you to balance work and life while delivering outstanding patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care and assessments according to individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each client. Educate clients and families on health management, providing emotional support and guidance. Maintain a safe, respectful, and caring environment for clients in their homes. Adhere to Nurse Next Door's commitment to providing care that goes beyond tasks—nurturing happiness, building relationships, and promoting client well-being.
Qualifications:
Current, valid LPN license in the state of Colorado. Experience in home health or a similar setting is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to compassionate care. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
