What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight during the day shift Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Assess residents and promptly identify changes in condition Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members Supervise and support CNAs to ensure outstanding resident care Coordinate care and communicate important updates throughout the day Maintain accurate and timely documentation Help create a safe, positive, and compassionate environment for residents and staff Support a smooth transition of care between shifts What We're Looking For Active Colorado LPN License Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Dependable, organized, and resident-focused Ability to work independently while collaborating with the care team Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred but not required What You'll Love About Working Here Competitive pay: $36
