The LPN providing care to the patient population(s) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and coordinating patient care for SCU, Skilled Nursing/Extended care.
SHIFT:
Nights, 12 hours
•Taking call is required 2 shifts per 6 weeks and there is potential that we will need overtime as well. Must have LPN license to practice in CO, and BLS cert.

KREMMLING, CO with possible coverage in Granby MedSurgShared furnished employee housing may be available based on capacity for a reduced inclusive rate of
