Day Pay:
$35 - $43 per hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience. Responsibilities Give prescribed medications, injections, and manage IV therapy. Provide wound care, perform therapeutic treatments (range-of-motion), and operate medical equipment. Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans with doctors and staff. Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team (physicians, therapists). Maintain accurate, thorough patient charts and medical records. Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate, appropriate care. Record detailed medical histories, symptoms, and observations. Check vitals, observe changes in condition, and conduct regular health assessments. Qualifications Valid CO Licensed Practical Nurse license. Able to effectively communicate with IDT members, residents, and family members. Prior work in long-term care facilities such as nursing homes or assisted living communities is preferred but not required. Knowledge of infection control practices and sterile processing procedures to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.Benefits:
