Our dedicated team of healthcare providers delivers comprehensive care to seniors with various medical conditions and needs. We are seeking qualified Nurses (LPNs and RNs) to join our team and contribute to the well-being of our residents.
Job Description:
As a Nurse (LPN/RN) in long-term care, you will be responsible for the following: Administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitoring residents' health conditions and reporting any changes to the physician or interdisciplinary team. Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed. Documenting care provided and ensuring accurate and up-to-date medical records. Collaborating with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals to implement and evaluate care plans. Educating residents and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and care plans. Supervising and providing guidance to other nursing staff, including nursing assistants. Providing emotional support and comfort to residents and their families. Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
Qualifications:
Valid LPN or RN license in Colorado. Strong clinical and assessment skills. Compassionate and patient-focused attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

$38.00 - $55.00 per hour
