The Licensed Nurse provides high quality nursing services to community residents based on each resident's individual service plan and physician's orders. Responsible for the delivery of quality care by encouraging independence and ensuring each resident's physical, social, cultural, and intellectual well-being.

Availability :

Full-Time | Monday and Tuesday + EOW 6:30am-6:30pm

Pay:

$38-$42/hr What will I do every day? Assess residents to identify their physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs Monitor residents' well-being and report any changes in condition Provide resident care activities under the direction of the Assisted Living Director Assist with Medication Management Program Assist with care plans Participate in the Assisted Living performance improvement process Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and respond appropriately Document evaluation of nursing interventions including resident response What will I need to be successful in this role? program Have a minimum of one year of experience as a nurse in a senior care setting Have some Assisted living and/or dementia experience (preferred) Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?
