Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Overnight Shift Join a Team That Changes Lives Every Night At Mountain Springs Recovery, nursing is more than medication passes and charting — it's being a steady, compassionate presence for individuals taking the first steps toward recovery. We are looking for nurses who are passionate about behavioral health, substance use treatment, and helping people through some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. Whether you already have behavioral health experience or are looking to transition into a more meaningful area of nursing, we provide the support, training, and team environment to help you succeed. Our overnight nurses are a critical part of the recovery journey. You'll work alongside a collaborative clinical and medical team in a structured environment where relationship-building, critical thinking, and compassionate care truly matter.

What You'll Do Complete nursing intake assessments and assist with detox treatment planning Conduct daily nursing assessments and monitor client health status Administer medications, treatments, and vaccines Process labs and communicate critical information to providers Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA/regulatory compliance Respond to medical concerns calmly and professionally Support clients through withdrawal management and stabilization Collaborate closely with providers, RNs, therapists, and the clinical team Communicate with families and outside providers when appropriate Coordinate hospital transfers and nurse-to-nurse reporting Maintain medical supplies and assist with nursing operations Participate in trainings, meetings, and ongoing development opportunities What We're Looking For Active Colorado LPN license CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Ability to remain calm and organized in fast-paced situations Strong communication and documentation skills Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn Behavioral health, detox, or mental health experience is a plus — but not required Benefits & Perks Free meals during every shift from our onsite kitchen Quarterly KPI bonus opportunities up to 10% Retirement plan options with company match Supportive and mission-driven culture Come See the Difference We always encourage nurses to tour the facility and meet the team before making a decision.
