Upscale Senior Living Community is seeking an experienced Nurse to oversee resident wellness services, care staff, medication management, compliance, and care coordination. This leadership role works closely with residents, families, providers, and community leadership to ensure high-quality care, staff development, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications Active LPN or RN license in CO 3+ years of experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, or long-term care Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Experience supervising and training care staff Knowledge of resident assessments, care planning, and medication systems preferred Responsibilities Oversee resident care and wellness operations Supervise and support caregiving and nursing staff Coordinate care plans and resident assessments Maintain compliance with state regulations and company policies Support hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management Partner with families and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care $85,000-$90,000 per year
