We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our multidisciplinary team and deliver quality nursing care to patients. The LPN will monitor and report changes in patient conditions, provide clinical supervision to CNAs, and ensure patients attain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with all laws and standards. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited LPN program, active licensure in the applicable state, and CPR certification.
