Current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license applicable to the practice location. 2 years of Experience. Previous clinic or specialty clinic experience required . BLS certification required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a healthcare team. Ability to provide safe, compassionate, and professional patient care. Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills. JY01
