Shift:
8am-5pm
Monday-Friday Duration:
13 Weeks Contract (Possible Extension)
Facility:
Wray Hospital & Clinics Pay Package for 40
Hrs/Week:

Weekly Gross:
$2,046/wk
Weekly Stipends:
$1,246/wk
Hourly Taxable:
$20/hr. on W2. Pay Package for 40
Hrs/Week:

Requirements:
Must have clinic/specialty experience. Minimum 2 years of experience within specialty.
Specialty Clinics are:
Cardiology, urology, gynecology, oncology, ENT, Ophthalmology, urology, allergy/asthma, neurology. Current BLS from AHA. Active CO State LPN License. Must be COVID Vaccinated.
