Full Job Description Shifts:
PT/FT/PER DIEM
Experience:

Nursing, 1 year (preferred) EMR systems, 1 year (preferred) LTC, 1 year (preferred) We are looking for a reliable LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our team. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse. LPN Professionals must be qualified and have a compassionate nature. The ideal candidate will be experience in providing diverse basic care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

Administer prescribed medications timely, clean and dress wounds. Assist with other basic medical care tasks. Collect samples for lab testing as assigned Provide psychological and emotional support when needed Communicate with patients' family to provide advice, comfort and discharge instructions
