Work your shifts over the weekend and enjoy your entire week for school, family, or personal passions, all while maintaining consistent pay and stability.Available Shifts Full-Time Baylor:
three 10-point/~12-hour shifts (Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon). Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to residents/patients in accordance with care plans. Handle emergency visits. Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely. Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes to the RN or medical director. Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR). Supervise CNA staff to ensure a high standard of patient dignity and safety.Qualifications Licensure:
Active, unencumbered Connecticut LPN License .Experience:
Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, or rehabilitation preferred (new grads welcome to apply!).Skills:
Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a heart for patient advocacy.Reliability:
