You'll be part of a collaborative, compassionate crew that's redefining what care looks like in senior living.
What You'll Do:
Provide health assessments and plan services for our residents Oversee medication management and coordinate care with vendors Support the Health & Wellness Director in leading and educating staff Be a go-to health resource for residents, families, and team members Resident triage. Assisting staff on the floor.
What You'll Bring:
Current nursing license in good standing 2+ years of assisted living or skilled nursing experience Knowledge of geriatrics, dementia care, and state regulations
