Pay Range :
$26.00 to $34.00 an hour. By adhering to Connecticut State Law, pay ranges are posted. The pay rate will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge of position and comparison to others who are already in this role within the company. Flu Vaccine Considerations Proof of annual flu vaccination is required for all employees.

PACT MSO
has a a busy Dermatology Group seeking a LPN. The position requires traveling between Orange and Fairfield office locations. The hours are Monday through Friday 7:45am to 5:00pm. Under immediate supervision, supports providers including physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants in delivery of patient care. Essential Functions Assists with providing patient care such as records vital signs, discusses and records chief health concerns, performs tests, and administers injections. Places phone calls to pharmacies to order prescriptions Set-up referral contacts. Pulls and prepares patient charts Answers and follows up on patient inquiries. Maintains neatness of work area Documents all patient care and completes tasks in EHR Initiate insulin therapy for patients diagnosed with diabetes under the direction of the Physician Educate patients on diabetes management Skills and Knowledge Demonstrated knowledge and skill of nursing theory and practices Demonstrated knowledge and skill of EHR and other software systems Strong communication Education and Experience LPN Degree from accredited school Current State LPN license Education Required High School or better
