The Encore at Boca Raton is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. Our facility is known for its personalized post-hospital care and rehabilitation services, providing 24-hour skilled nursing care with a strong focus on individual wellness. In this role, you will be essential in administering nursing care to our patients under the guidance of a registered nurse or physician, ensuring the health and comfort of our patients. Responsibilities Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Administer medication and personal care to patients. Collaborate with registered nurses to create personalized care plans. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Ensure the utmost in patient care and comfort at all times. Required Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in clinical skills with an ability to handle medical equipment. Detail-oriented with strong observational skills.
