Qualifications:

Required Current and valid Florida LPN license CPR certification (required) 1+ year of experience in long-term or acute care (preferred, but not required) Effective communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What you'll do: Deliver nursing care to patients in long-term or rehabilitative settings Assess and monitor patients, reporting all relevant observations Implement and evaluate individualized care plans Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed Ready to make a difference in a patient's life?
