Company Overview Eden Springs Nursing and Rehab Center is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility and rehabilitation center dedicated to providing compassionate, family-style care. Job Summary We are seeking dedicated Licensed Nurses (RN or LPN) to join our compassionate healthcare team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong clinical background, excellent patient assessment skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality nursing care. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, ensuring safety, and supporting residents' well-being in a dynamic healthcare setting. Current Open Positions PRN 3p-11p 11p-7a Weekends only (full-time) 7am-11pm Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, vital sign monitoring, and physical examinations to inform care plans. Administer medications and injections accurately following physician orders while adhering to HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies. Manage IV infusions, catheter care, and airway management with precision and attention to safety protocols. Document medical records meticulously using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner; ensure compliance with documentation standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop discharge planning strategies and coordinate post-acute or long-term care services. Provide specialized care including Alzheimer's, dementia, memory care, hospice, and behavioral health support tailored to individual needs. Assist with diagnostic evaluations, specimen collection/processing, and wound suturing as required for patient treatment. Educate patients and their families on health management strategies, medication administration, and care procedures. Experience Valid licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice. Demonstrated proficiency in medical-surgical nursing, geriatrics, or specialized areas such as critical care or emergency medicine. Prior exposure to complex patient populations including those with developmental disabilities or requiring acute pain management. Knowledge of infection control practices and long-term care regulations essential for maintaining compliance standards. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and provide excellent patient-centered care.
