Key duties:

Deliver compassionate nursing care in clients' homes. Document patient progress electronically using provided tablets. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal clinical outcomes. Adhere to safety, health, and documentation standards.

Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state. Current CPR certification with hands-on component. TB skin test within the last 12 months. Reliable transportation required. Prior nursing experience preferred but not mandatory.
