$27 to $28 per hour Responsibilities Perform nursing assessments and intake evaluations Monitor and assess withdrawal symptoms (CIWA, COWS protocols) Administer medications as prescribed Monitor vital signs and patient status Document all care and assessments accurately in

Collaborate with physicians and clinical team Provide patient education and emotional support Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Requirements Active LPN license in the state of practice Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (detox, behavioral health, or SUD preferred) Experience using
