Team Select Home Care is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our growing team. As a nurse with Team Select, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients, documenting care, and following the patient's individualized plan of care and physician orders, all while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. We have a large census of patients from Boca to Vero Beach with different acuities to match your needs. Our pay ranges start from $25/hour for extremely low acuity patient to up to $40+/Hour on OT shifts and high acuity patients. You can work as much or as little as you want and we are non-contract so you can work with us and anybody else. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver skilled nursing care according to the patient's plan of care. Furnish treatments, diagnostic procedures, and preventive services as outlined in the care plan. Prepare accurate clinical and progress notes. Assist patients in learning self-care techniques as appropriate. Initiate and perform preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures. Monitor patient responses to treatments, including medications, and report any changes to the physician and RN. Ensure all patient information remains confidential. Complete documentation and paperwork according to agency policies. Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed in Florida. Current CPR certification.
