Computer proficiency Active and valid Practical Nurse license Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Due to the nature of the position, ability to communicate in English, including medical terminology Performs additional assigned duties English proficiency (written and verbal) for communication with staff and others regarding medical care, supports, and services for adults and children receiving care Job Responsibilities Assists in providing basic healthcare services according to the individual's plan ensuring each individual's optimal health and wellbeing Performs tasks as delegated, such as blood pressure monitoring, weights, and other assigned tasks Ensures all documentation is accurate and complete according to regulations Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of supplies and equipment, ensuring restocking of inventory Collaborates with Direct Support Professionals to ensure that the needs of the individuals are being met Communicates immediately any changes in medical or behavioral status to supervisor

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:30am -5:00pm and includes travel between Orlando and Daytona.
