Job Description:

Responsibilities and Duties Initiate, perform, and complete assigned duties in providing care. Complete assigned patient care based on the patient's conditions. Performs appropriate portions of physical examinations including age-appropriate physical measurements. Observe, identify, and respond to the patient's needs for care. Prepare and administer prescribed and perform treatments. Recognize urgent or emergent patient care situations. Perform support duties for complex diagnostic tests and/or specialized practices or procedures. Performs other administrative functions directed by mission needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

Current, full, active, and unrestricted license as a practical or vocational nurse Current BLS One (1) year of practical or vocational nursing experience providing hands on care within the last three (3) years Knowledge of computer operations and proficiency in the use of basic word processing, data entry, and automated medical records.
