Part-Time/ PRN | Day and Night Shifts Available Every Saturday 7p-7a Every Sunday or every other Sunday 7a-3p Every Thursday 7a-7p

Pay:

LPN:

$28-30/hour What You'll Do Provide individualized one-on-one nursing care in a patient's home Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered procedures Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes promptly Follow individualized care plans while ensuring exceptional patient outcomes Collaborate with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and family members Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Qualifications Active Florida LPN license (Compact License accepted) Current CPR Certification (AHA or ARC) Minimum one year of home health experience preferred Pediatric nursing experience is a plus Experience with G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators is highly preferred Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills Must successfully complete all required background screening requirements Why Nurses Choose This Opportunity ?
