Weekends Join a Supportive Pediatric Home Care Team Home Heart Florida is looking for an experienced RN or LPN to care for a ventilator-dependent baby girl in Hollywood, FL. This family is kind, organized, and very involved in their child's care. They're looking for nurses who are dependable, attentive, and comfortable working in a structured home environment where communication and teamwork matter. If you enjoy one-on-one pediatric care and want a consistent case where you can really get to know your patient and family, this could be a great fit. Why Nurses Like This Case One patient at a time Focus fully on one child instead of juggling multiple patients during a shift. Flexible 8-hour scheduling Shorter shifts help prevent burnout and make scheduling easier. Vent training and support available Experience with vents is preferred, but support and VOCSN training are available for the right nurse. Supportive clinical team Our leadership team is available and understands pediatric home care firsthand. Responsibilities Ventilator monitoring and airway management Suctioning and trach care G-tube feedings and medication administration Ongoing assessments and monitoring Accurate documentation and shift reports Following the established care plan and family routines Qualifications Active Florida RN or LPN license Pediatric vent experience preferred G-tube experience preferred Home health or pediatric experience preferred Calm, reliable, and detail-oriented Spanish-speaking is a plus Interested?
