Full-Time Position Description Are you a dedicated nurse looking to make a real impact? We're seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and provide compassionate, high-quality care. In this role, you'll be hands-on in supporting individuals served through the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—while collaborating with a supportive team of healthcare professionals. Every day, you'll help individuals served feel cared for, safe, and supported while building your own skills in a mission-driven environment. What You'll Do Assist in assessing individuals served physical, psychological, and social needs Contribute to individualized treatment planning with RNs and other team members Implement treatment plans, including diagnostic tests and individuals served teaching Administer medications safely (including IV therapy, when certified) Monitor and document individuals served care using SOAP charting Support minor medical or surgical procedures as directed Respond to health emergencies with confidence and professionalism Ensure controlled substances and medical supplies are properly counted and secured What We're Looking For Education Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (required) Experience At least 1 year of acute medical experience (required) Licenses/Certifications Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice or multi-state compact license (required) Why Join Us?
