•$34.00 per hour | Weekly Pay | Flexible Scheduling Summary BrightStar Care is hiring LPNs and RNs for Private Duty Nursing (PDN) in the home setting. Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for patients, including those with G-tube, trach, ventilator, and oxygen needs. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available across day, night, and weekend shifts. Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Pet Insurance Weekly Pay Flexible Scheduling One-on-One Patient Care Supportive Team Environment Responsibilities Provide one-on-one nursing care in the home Perform skilled nursing tasks (G-tube, trach care, oxygen therapy, suctioning) Monitor patient condition and report changes Complete accurate and timely documentation Assist with ADLs and daily routines (including school prep when needed) Follow care plans and ensure patient safety Skills & Qualifications Active LPN or RN license Home health, PDN, or pediatric experience preferred Experience with G-tube, trach, ventilator, or oxygen therapy preferred Strong clinical and communication skills Current CPR certification Reliable transportation All prospective employees must comply with Florida AHCA background screening requirements.
