Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and injections under the supervision of a registered nurse Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team Develop and implement individualized care plans with patients and their families Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction About the
